John Coleman

John Coleman is an executive guide, product leader, and LLM prompter. He is a co-author of several guides, including Kanban Guide and Kanplexity. A former project manager, John now focuses on executive content, from quantifying needs and wants through strategy to strategy deployment. He happens to have training or coaching licenses in Scrum, Kanban, Flight Levels, Kata, and LeSS and is not restricted by those.

John is an executive guide for timely humane effectiveness, adaptiveness, and ambidexterity. He mentors and trains executives to balance the short and long term. He and others host a new executive workshop series, "Management. 𝝴volv𝝴𝞭 —the X-Effect." John hosts podcasts on organizational change and product and is deeply involved in professional communities.
