Lavinia Descultu is a passionate professional with 25 years of experience delivering transformative initiatives and driving digital transformations. With PMP, CDBA and Agile certifications, she has a broad expertise across several industries in for-profit and not-for-profit organisations.

As a senior leader in the PMI UK Chapter, Lavinia chairs the Yorkshire and Humberside Branch, leads the Women in Tech initiatives and contributes to global advocacy for AI in project management. Also, a core member of the PM4THEWORLD, a 24-hour charity conference at PMI Global.

As an active member of the Project Data Analytics Task Force, Lavinia is committed to leveraging data-driven insights to shape the future of project delivery.
