Nermeen Latif

Nermeen Latif is a Technical Director, Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM) and Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) with over 25 years’ experience delivering major portfolios, programmes and PMO transformations across UK infrastructure. She specialises in integrated project controls, governance, assurance, and the design of EPMOs and PMOs that align strategy, data and delivery. Her experience spans client‑side leadership, maturity assessments, benefits mapping, business case development, change management, and enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions through clear, reliable information. She is committed to embedding data‑driven approaches and AI‑enabled insight into project delivery, bringing a human‑centred perspective that ensures AI is adopted responsibly, transparently and in ways that support people, not replace them. Nermeen is an active APM volunteer and member of the APM Data Working Group, contributing to the development of digital and data capability across the profession. She brings a calm, structured and people‑focused approach to complex delivery environments.
