Zannina Anagnostopoulou

Zannina Anagnostopoulou is a senior executive operating at the intersection of strategy, governance, and execution, with over 25 years of leadership across banking, financial services, energy, aviation, and large-scale infrastructure in CEE and SEE.
She is recognized for navigating complexity and delivering results in high-stakes, regulated environments where execution is non-negotiable. She has partnered with Boards and executive teams to shape transformation agendas, strengthen governance, and drive cross-border growth across multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
As Managing Partner of her consulting practice, she leads under executive mandate in aviation/infrastructure and financial services, orchestrating high-impact transformation programs and ensuring that strategy translates into measurable value.
She is the immediate Past President of the PMI Greece Chapter, where she led one of Europe’s fastest-growing PMI communities, expanding its footprint and strengthening its voice. A global PMI volunteer, she contributes to the European dialogue on the future of project management, leadership, and value creation.
She holds a BSc in Mathematics, an MBA from ALBA, is a PMP® holder, and has completed English Studies at Cambridge. She believes leadership is defined by the ability to translate complexity into value.
