George Diakonikolaou

George Diakonikolaou is the Managing director of “Project Coach” EE. A company offering executive coaching, business development, and training services for Leadership, Transformation Management, Project Management, and Business Development.

George Diakonikolaou is a Certified Project Management Professional and has extensive experience in Project Management Education and Consulting and has educated more than three thousand professionals in Project Management and Leadership topics over the last fifteen years in Europe and the USA.

He also teaches Project Management in postgraduate-level courses. He is visiting MBA faculty in Greece and the UK.

Currently, he is working on integrating Coaching, Organizational Development, and Project Management in a field that he likes to refer to as “Project Coaching”. He aims to achieve ground-breaking results in the effectiveness of Strategic Projects, Programs & Portfolios by integrating these three disciplines for the support of executive teams. Towards this end, he is consulting with top-level executives to increase the maturity and success of Project Management practices in enterprises.

For this purpose he is working for more than five years as a consultant together with management teams of international companies to increase their maturity in Project Management and consequently to increase effectiveness in Project, Program, and Portfolio delivery.
